This back patio got a major facelift just in time for BBQ season! We extended the concrete slab to accommodate a large, cedar portico for comfortable outdoor enjoyment! This free-standing structure is tied into the house, stained, and wired for an outdoor fan.

The back of this house just needed a little love. We dressed up the bland exterior with a new full light back door, with blind insert, repaired the rotting chimney, built a portico with power for light/fan, tied in shingles to match, and applied a fresh coat of paint.
